IT Organization around a Set of modular Platforms
Governed by „Mission Control“ the platforms can be grouped into three broad areas. The platforms focus on business solutions to serve external and internal clients and supply other platforms.
Mission Control
The "Mission Control" capability leads and manages across the different platforms and their modules. It provides resources and governance for the entire platform environment. Stategic and allocation decisions are made as well as standard setting for speed and interoperability. Critical is the ability to manage and coordinate initatives that cut across platforms.

Journey as a service, e.g. searching, account setting, user profile
Business Capability Platform
Company as a service, e.g. order handling, product and customer analytics
Core Business IT Platform
IT for IT, e.g. cloud, data, automation, backup, IT connectivity
